ALLWEILER has developed three new products aimed at the fuel and lubricants market.
ALLHEAT - a 'cool' pump for hot media:
* a hot media pump for handling heat transfer oil to 350 C and hot water to 207 C.
* identical pump design for all fluids
* simple design, high percentage of identical parts for base plate, block and in-line models oeasy to retrofit from allround to heavy-duty applications
* no forced cooling required, low heat radiation
* unique high loading capability of the sliding bearings
TECFLOW - a 2/3-lobe progressive cavity pump:
The new 2/3-lobe pumping elements with considerably higher performance density offer a 100% higher flow rate at similar speed compared to the pumps with conventional 1/2-lobe elements.
* Flow rate to 3100 l/min
* Differential pressure to 4 bar
* Discharge pressure to 16 bar
* Liquid temperature to 40 C
* Solid content to 10% DS
* dyn. viscosity to 200.000 mPa s
Steady sailing - with ALLMARINE:
The hydraulic mechanism of ALLWEILER's newly developed centrifugal pump generation ALLMARINE, series NMI and NMA, represent the latest state of
marine pump technology.
* Flow rates to 2400 m3/h
* Delivery heads to 50 m
* Nominal pressures to 10 bar
* Fluid temperatures to 100 C
