With just over two weeks to go until the 2nd Skipper Expo Int. Aberdeen, organisers say that preparations are well in hand for another highly successful event.

The two day show, which takes place in the Arena at the AECC, will feature suppliers and manufacturers from all over the world displaying their products and services for those involved in the commercial fishing industry.

This year's show has attracted companies such as Thyboron Doors, Nordsotrawl & Duusgaard Coatings from Denmark; Injector Doors & Rock Doors from the Faroe Islands; Fishering Service from Russia; Notus from Newfoundland; Morgere Doors from France; Van Beelen from Holland; and an extensive array of other companies from the UK and Ireland.

Anderson Marine/Freshcatch will be sponsoring the Exhibitors Buffet which takes place in the Aberdeen Douglas Hotel on Friday 8 June at 6.30pm. After a busy day on the stands, the buffet offers the exhibitors the perfect opportunity to get to know each other in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Event sales manager, Sharon Boyle said: "Inshore fishermen are also in for a treat at this year’s show, where G Smyth Boats, Anderson Marine and Warrior Boats will display their latest builds as well as numerous companies supplying gear and chandlery.”
