Delegates at the 2010 Offshore Mariculture Conference had the opportunity to network to their hearts' content at the Conference dinner. Held at the Revelin Fortress which overlooks the Old City of Dubrovnik, delegates were able to enjoy the location to the small hours as the weather, which had been unseasonably wet and cold the previous week, also came up trumps.
The dinner was sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, Fishery Directorate, Zagreb Croatia and the main course of sea bream was supplied by local organic fish farm Riba Mljet.
