Ice-maker machine company YORK Marine has opened a permanent office in Vigo (Spain).
The director of York Fishery business, Richard van Bergen, said this was because Spain is one of the most important European fishery markets. "We will be focusing on pre-assembled units to ensure fast and error-free installation on site." They are targeting the Spanish market with their slurry and flake ice machines, condensing units for blast freeze tunnels, freezing tunnels, freezing holds, including air coolers, and their small RSW chillers.
Sr. Joan Martínez Vendrell, 25 years with Spanish YORK Marine, assumes overall responsibility for the Spanish market.
