Supported by the Iceland Ocean Cluster, and held in advance of the Fish Waste for Profit 2024 Conference in Reykjavik, Iceland, in September, this special webinar’s expert speakers will provide valuable insights on how businesses in the blue food space can maximise return on investment from potentially discarded parts of the catch that can be turned into high-value products for non-food sectors.
