As part of the construction project of 210 fishing vessels and coastal patrol vessels (see World Fishing May 2008), the Spanish company Aresa Boats, will soon deliver six vessels of three different models, of the seven models that it is constructing for Angola.
The six vessels will leave Arenys de Mar, on course to Luanda, the Angolan capital.
The seven different models that Aresa Boats is building as part of this contract includes: high sea long liners (25m), seiner boats (25m), patrol and coastal fast boats (16m), long liner catamarans (18m), and other vessels 12, 14 and 7.4 metres in length.
Aresa Boats has now delivered more than 110 vessels to the country of Angola.
