At SPE, STEEN F.P.M International will present its new generation ST590/120 pin bone removing machines.
The new pin bone removers are about 35% lighter, very easily dismountable and thus cleanable, and about 40% less expensive. The machines are available for both left and right handed people. The machines can be used for processing salmon, trout, haddock, herring, perch, mackerel and other species.
The company will also show its already popular, ST700-range of machines which have been further improved.
For the bigger fish processors, STEEN has developed the automatic, high capacity ST700V range of skinning machines. On these machines fillets can be supplied and processed on two separate lanes, ensuring sufficient production capacity and flexibility.
