Slurry Ice Systems has recently supplied the new Danish whitefish trawler Tobis with a S16 system. Tobis is being built by Karstensen''s Shipyard in Skagen, Denmark and is due to be delivered to John & Niels Kjaersgaard in May.

Tobis has been supplied with a S16 system

The system was installed in January and will provide 72kw of cooling to the vessels fish handling operation.

The S16 Slurry Ice generator is an upper mid-range capacity system that is suitable for medium sized production lines. The system will produce a steady supply of god quality slurry ice. It is economical and easy to run and maintain.
