ScanCheck RF5: the new checkweigher
Focusing on packing solutions, Danish company Scanvaegt has designed a new checkweigher, the ScanCheck RF5 which according to the company, is designed to be:

* Hygienic — fast and efficient cleaning with normal cleaning agents and low pressure hose down
Information is clearly visible even on a distance on the 12 inch colour screen, and a user friendly intuitive menu system makes it easy to operate the ScanCheck RF5′. Belts and conveyors can easily be taken off for cleaning or service.
Changes in line-heights, belt-speed, flow direction or other
changes in production requirements can be done by the operator himself. The ScanCheck RF5′ can easily be integrated into any processing line giving food processors a robust and flexible alternative for their needs of checkweighing food packages.
Production reports can be generated from the ScanCheck Report System, a PC Software receiving and storing production data.
