The temperature stays homogeneous during the process, avoiding bacteriological development. This system can treat fish filets (cod, pollack, herring), fish with no guts and no head, squid, cuttlefish, octopus, shrimp, scallop, crab meat, whole fish (salmon, pike, mackerel, herring, perch) and vegetables. The tunnel capacity varies between 600 and 2,00 kg per hour according to the product and to the required final temperature.
