Nieuwpoort, Belgium-headquartered food-processing equipment manufacturer Marelec Food Technologies has been acquired by Duravant LLC, a global engineered equipment and automation solutions provider to the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors.
Marelec serves the poultry, meat, seafood and marine sectors, designing and manufacturing turnkey systems for food processors around the world.
