The Republic of Poland will finance the construction of a fisheries academy, in south Namibe province, to the sum of about USD 22 million.
The Polish ambassador to Angola, Piotr Mysliwiec, made the announcement at the end of February, stating that the agreement includes the construction of the academy, supply of equipment, as well as the curriculum and teachers to guarantee the training of Angolan staff.
The diplomat admitted the possibility of increasing the amount of the project, depending on the demands, according to allAfrica.com.
