The majority of natural fish resources in the Baltic Sea are small fish. This has led PERUZA to develop smart equipment solutions that turn small fish into big profit.
Grading is the very beginning of industrial fish processing. PERUZA says that its 15 roll grader with 4-5 grades easily sorts fresh catch and ensures that the next equipment delivers the best performance. Customers are able to order graders with a specific number of rolls to ensure the capacity and accuracy they require. The company's graders are designed for different feeding options, including fish vacuum pump.
Last year PERUZA announced a new volumetric dozer for small fish. The dozer facilitates increased speed of the production line while keeping excellent accuracy of measurements with practically no damage to the processed fish. The company has spent this year so far polishing features of the dozer and accompanying conveyer systems, so that they deliver industrial performance while dozing small fish.
PERUZA is now revealing what it calls its “secret nuclear weapon” – an extremely productive nobbing machine for small fish, delivering productivity of up to 900 fish per minute. This nobbing machine has gone through testing in Latvia and is now being tested in Croatia with anchovy. One machine has already been installed in Russia and is integrated into a production line.
PERUZA is also inviting World Fishing readers to take a look at its website, or view videos on Youtube (author peruzaconstructor) of what PERUZA has achieved.
