This year PROCONCEPT is launching its new TCM 300 slicer.

The company says that this is due to the proven performance of the TN200 V364, which represents more than 75% of the industrial slicing capacity for smoked salmon and trout in France. Fifty TN200 slicers are also active in many countries such as France, Belgium, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, Poland and Canada.
The new slicer offers the same alternative slicing mechanism with a simple blade, and the same mechanical quality in terms of strength, ease of cleaning and maintenance. However, what makes it different is that it drives the slicing thickness and angle parameters mechanically, instead of electronically, and it can work to a higher speed of up to 300 cycles per minute.
The main qualities of the slicer have been described by the company as: High quality of slice presentation; increased slicing capacity; controlled food hygiene and safety; very low losses; and very low operating and maintenance costs.
With the TCM 300 the angle and thickness of slicing are selected manually with two adjusting knobs located on the front of the slicer: from 8° to 30° for the angle and from 1.5mm to 4mm for the thickness. The angle and thickness can be adjusted without stopping the slicer.
With the TCM 300 “A” it is possible to automatically drive a programmed variation of the slicing angle. A simple touch on the touch-screen on the slicer “A” version activates one of the slicing programs previously entered.
