Sealife Equipment (Pty) Ltd, South African manufacturer of marine tanks, will introduce the OysterBar and the LobsterBar, two holding and display tanks for shellfish and crustaceans, at Seafood Processing Global 2014.
The new tanks are said to offer multiple benefits: they are compact (65x85cm floor space), mobile (on castors), independent (work in closed circuit), high-performance (hold shellfish and crustaceans for prolonged periods) and easy-to-use (no water replacement).
