Compressed air specialist, BOGE, has launched a new range of oxygen generators it says will save users money by providing a complete system for generating oxygen in-house.

The new range, which includes 03P to 015P and 03PE to 015PE generators, provides users with a safe and reliable solution for producing oxygen with proven adsorption technology. This process, the company says, enables uses to efficiently generate their own inexpensive and dependable supply of oxygen on site.

BOGE says this could be especially helpful for the aquaculture industry and the fish farming sector, where oxygen is a key components, since fish density, appetite and resistance to diseases all depends on the dissolved oxygen level in the water.

In-house oxygen production can also often be significantly cheaper than having it delivered by an external gas supplier. Users are also able to continuously monitor purity levels, which can reach 90-95%, and guarantee the purity level is as high as the application requires.

The modular design of the generators means they can easily be adapted and expanded to meet oxygen demand. Up to two ‘expansion banks’ can be connected to each ‘master bank’ and each bank can hold up to six individual modules.

In total, up to 18 modules provide flexible oxygen generation of between 2.49 and 46.8 Nm³/h and, if necessary, the output can be increased to the required volume by adding additional complete systems.

Designed for safe and cost effective long-term use, the new low maintenance generators also reduce safety risks associated with storing high pressure cylinders and handling oxygen bottles.
