New to the Marel fish processing range and launched at the Conxemar Seafoods Exhibition in Spain and IPA, Paris, the AEW Delford WPL9040 Weigh Price Labeller is targeted at smaller processors as well as for larger producers requiring lower volumes on a particular line.
Designed for a wide variety of applications, the WPL9040 handles all popular tray sizes at speeds of up to 40 packs per minute – as a standalone machine or integrated with a range of manual or automatic production equipment.
Marel said the WPL9040 is part of a new generation of reliable, accurate, easy to use and time saving systems that can operate for long periods without interruption.
It houses many operator-friendly features, including:
- Full access to all functions while running;
- Set up wizards in all menus;
- Multilingual operation;
- Easy label editing; and
- Integrated production control.
Like the rest of the AEW Delford range, the WPL9040 is fully compatible with Innova – Marel’s intelligent production control software that controls and monitors each step of the production process as one integrated system.
