Lossie Seafoods has been short-listed for two prestigious awards in recognition of the quality of its premium Scottish smoked salmon.
Lossie Seafoods, which is part of Associated Seafoods Ltd, was founded in 1913 and is now one of Scotland’s leading premium smoked salmon producers.
The Highlands & Islands Food & Drink Awards will be held at the Drumossie Hotel in Inverness on 19 October, with the Food Manufacturing Awards being staged in London on Monday 5 November at the Park Lane Hilton Hotel.
