The fish skinning machine NOCK Skinex SB 495/T TWIN has enormous capacity. It allows thin skinning with a sharp blade as well as skinning with a blunt blade (silver skinning). Deep skinning is also possible. The machine has a double lane infeed and therefore a capacity of up to 450 fillets per minute.

According to NOCK, customers can reach a better yield result of at least one percentage point with such a machine compared to other automatic skinning machines. Compared to open top machines or manual skinning, improvements of several percentage points are usually seen. The NOCK SB 495/T TWIN is suitable for processing many fish, such as tilapia, cod and salmon.

With the circular blade cutting machine type NOCK CB 495/5N SLICER 200, fish and fish fillets are very quickly and smoothly cut into slices or strips with a minimum thickness of 6mm. Thanks to continuous feeding via conveyor belts and a high cutting speed of 24m/min, a throughput of more than three tonnes per hour can be achieved.
