From its production units in Belgium and Denmark, plano pack a/s specialises in producing food trays.
The company recognises that first impressions are important, and that products are constantly compared to competing products. plano pack has listened to requests for a more updated product, and now the company can supply its printed trays in seven colours.
Trays can be produced on metalized film, which gives the product a shiny, elegant look, or on non-metallized film which passes through metal detection, where that is requested.
As part of plano pack’s aim to constantly search how to improve its product range to fulfil the demands of the market, the company has introduced a virgin material which it says can take plano pack a step into the future of safe packaging.
The virgin qualities have the same property and production technical options, which can make it easy to approach new markets where different packaging qualities are required.
