Production will remain illegal under new legislation allowing fish farming, insists Governor Mike Dunleavy

Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy has issued a video statement on his legislation (HB 111, SB 108) to increase Alaska’s food production and security by permitting finfish farming in Alaska.
