Any design for any region

For more than 25 years KTI has supplied containerised block ice plants and ice storage to the Mediterranean region, as well as to the Near, Middle and Far East.

KTI’s customers come from the fishery, poultry, food processing, soft drink and brewery industry.

Production capacities of up to 50 tons per day can be realised in mobile, packed containerised installations. For stationary solutions KTI can realise block ice plants of any capacity. The standard block sizes are 25 or 50kg, but all custom-made sizes are possible.

Flake ice plants, ice storage and block ice plants with a capacity of up to 100 tons per day are assembled inside standard shipping containers. It is KTI’s standard to design plants for all sort of conditions – the company says that any design for any region on the world is possible, as every plant is unique. Minimum skills are required for standard plant operation and all equipment for ice processing (crushing, packing, transportation) can be provided.

Due to the high quality of components, the excellent materials, the use of environment friendly refrigerants and the possibility to run the plants on generators, KTI says that its plants can be installed at any remote site worldwide.
