Polish based chain manufacturer Fasing has a range of link chains aimed at the fishing industry.
Fasing provide mooring chains, anchor unspurred chains, hoists chains and suspension, transportation and sling chains. It also provides a rang e of nets and srings.
The chains come in four main types, technical fishing chains, technical fishing hardened chains, special fishing chains and special fishing hardened chains. They are also available in different grades and hardness.
Fasing use a flash welding technique which is based around a fully automatic computer controlled welding system, which enables the very high strength properties, according to the company.
The special heat treatment given to the chains means they can be graded in terms of hardness from 300 up to 400 HB.
According to Fasing, all chains can be delievered to the customer in calibrated or noncalibrated versions with different finishings.
These include: natural black, hot-dip zinc galvanised and anticorrosive oil protected.
Fasing says the coatings will change the mechanical properties of the chains.
It is also keen to comment that zinc coating and anticorrosive oil can result in a decreasing of breaking load. All chains adhere to high standards.
