Marel’s 13th Salmon ShowHow will take place at Progress Point in Copenhagen, Denmark, 5 February 2014.
The annual event gives salmon processors a unique opportunity to experience salmon processing up close and personal by one of the world’s leading equipment providers.
In addition, salmon industry leaders from all over the world will meet at the ShowHow to discuss the latest trends and hear guest speakers address some of the key issues facing the industry.
There will be ongoing live demonstrations throughout the day and Marel will be demonstrating new equipment, as well as a wide range of stand-alone machines and integrated processing systems.
