Call for Papers deadline is today! The 6th Offshore Mariculture Conference, taking place at Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico from 21–24 September 2015, will examine the prospects and provide practical solutions to issues around farming offshore in Mexico
The global aquaculture industry continues to be the fastest growing animal-food-producing sector, accounting for around half of all fish consumed in the world today. Offshore Mariculture Mexico, is building on the success of its European sister events, and has secured support from both the Mexican National and Baja Regional Governments via their aquaculture departments – Inapesca and Sepesca.
Companies, organisations and individuals are invited to submit papers in the following categories:
• The latest international and national (Mexican) developments in offshore aquaculture
• Business management
• Species – what to farm
• Stock management and husbandry
• Innovative Technologies
The abstract submission deadline is today, 24 April 2015. Those using case and “real life” studies will be given precedence.
