Belgian company Cretel will launch a range of ''revolutionary'' fish skinners at this years Seafood Processing Europe, the brand new automatic fish skinner model 500PLA and the unique squid skinner model 460 SQ.
All machines are manufactured in the factory in Belgium, according to Cretel.
It says that this way, every possible machine construction can be supplied, from small table-top machines up to fully automatic processing lines. If a standard machine is not the answer for the customer, Cretel builds a completely customised machine. Cretel manufactures an ingenious range of skinners and derinders for fish, from compact machines to completely automated solutions. Cretel also produces state-of-the-art vacuum packing machinery and a line of hygiene equipment, including industrial tray washers and dryers.
