Mowi’s harvest volumes in Q4 2021 are down nearly 10% compared with the same period in the previous year.
Overall, 115,000 tonnes (gutted weight equivalent) were harvested, a fall of 12,000 tonnes (9.45%) from Q4 in 2020.

The figure for Farming Norway was 71,000 tonnes, down from 78,500 in the previous year, Farming Scotland was at 12,000 tonnes (from 13,000), Chile 16,500 tonnes (20,500) and Canada 10,000 tonnes (12,500).
More positively, volumes were up in Ireland at 1,500 tonnes compared with 1,000 the previous year, and the Faroes which jumped 167% from 1,500 tonnes in Q4 2020 to 4,000 tonnes in Q4 2021.

Harvest volumes for the whole financial year were as followed: Norway (273,000 tonnes), Scotland (64,500 tonnes), Chile (66,000 tonnes), Canada (45,500 tonnes), Ireland (7,000 tonnes) and Faroes (10,000 tonnes).
Operational EBIT in the Consumer Products division was down from €35m in Q4 2020 to €26m in Q4 2021 and down from €14m in Q4 2020 to €8m in Q4 2021 in the Feed division.
