Programme to include enlightening sessions on the latest technologies and innovations in farming practises – book now to hear them!

The second day of the OMC will start with a presentation from Neil Sims, Co-Founder & CEO, Kampachi Farms, in a session on ‘Emerging Technologies’ that will bring fish farmers up to date with the latest farming innovations.

Presentations in the session will include:

  • Neil Anthony Sims, Co-Founder & CEO, Kampachi Farms: Over-the-Horizon AquacultureTM – ecological footprint, synergies and remote command-and-control technologies in deep water offshore fish pens
  • Javier F. Ponce, Architect and Founder, Smart Floating Farms: Smart Floating Farms may bring sustainable food to our cities
  • Langley Gace, President, InnovaSea Systems: Emerging technologies in open ocean mariculture farming platforms
  • Massimo Branzanti, International Product and Business Development Manager, Maccaferri – KikkoNet Division: Innovations in floating and submersible net technology

Furthermore, in a session featuring a variety of presentations, delegates will learn about a range of opportunities from seaweed farming to new/emerging species to renewable energy.

In order to maximise the potential of offshore/high energy sites, delegates will be treated to the following presentations that could potentially open up additional revenue streams to further enhance their fish farming operations:
