Quentin has been involved in fishing in one way or another for longer than he cares to remember. A first job braiding trawl wings in a net loft led to spells in fish, scallop and shrimp processing plants and to trawlers, both in Iceland and the UK.<\/p>\n
He has worked on fishing vessels ranging from a 55 metre factory vessel to a 58hp inshore boat, including periods spent longlining and beam trawling; in roles from deckhand to ship\u2019s cook to mate.<\/p>\n
