ILPRA traysealers pack products using preformed trays and sealing film in vacuum packaging or vacuum\/gas packaging. During SPG 2016 the company will introduce the M7 model: a fully automatic high production traysealer ideal for high production. The machine is available in two versions: N for sealing only and V\/G for vacuum packaging or vacuum\/gas packaging. It is designed with E-MEC technology which offers low energy consumption and low maintenance.<\/p>\n
These machines are ILPRA\u2019s solution to packing liquid and doughy products, such as sauces, yogurt and jam. They are designed to pack products in sealing only or with vacuum\/gas, but on request the film version is available. The Fill Seal 5000 model, designed for medium-high production, will be on display at SPE.<\/p>\n
The bottom film is thermoformed in order to achieve the required tray, and on the top a lidding film is sealed. These machines can work sealing only or in vacuum\/gas packaging. During SPG, the Formpack F0 model will be available to view, ideal for medium-high production. It will be equipped for seafood products.<\/p>\n
