The 21m Margaret Sinclair<\/i> will support The Scottish Salmon Company\u2019s site service work across the West coast of Scotland.<\/p>\n
As of April, the charter will provide a vessel with a total crew of four, who will work on a rotational basis, to help with a range of activities including net changes, feed deliveries as well as the care of salmon.<\/p>\n
As per The Scottish Salmon Company\u2019s requirements, the boat will be kitted out with ISO containers and pump systems to further enhance safety practices for treating fish.<\/p>\n
Stewart McLelland, chief executive of The Scottish Salmon Company, said, \u201cThis investment is a key component of our business strategy as we continue to improve efficiencies across the business. The charter will support a range of activities across our West coast sites promoting best practice.<\/p>\n
