When completed, the vessel, a Rolls-Royce design type NVC 372, will carry out traditional fishing operations for whitefish and shrimp and will be equipped for both bottom and pelagic trawl.<\/p>\n
John Knudsen, Rolls-Royce president offshore, said: \u201cThis will be the second design of type NVC to Ramoen and we are very happy for this new contract and the longstanding cooperation with this innovative owner.\u201d<\/p>\n
Fuel-economy, environmental considerations, comfort, safety and performance at sea underpin the vessel design.
