Issues of the sector were discussed with HAPO President Dimitris Valachis and the General Secretary of HAPO, Antonis Chachlakis.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors to the Expo, held from 24-26 April, had the opportunity to meet with representatives of HAPO and to enjoy a unique culinary experience with fresh Greek. HAPO&#8217;s pavilion offered tasting sessions and live cooking shows presented by Greek chef Konstantinos Vassalos and his team. The fish truck \u2018Fish from Greece\u2019 at the entrance of the exhibition also offered fresh Greek fish recipes created by the chef.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Fish from Greece\u2019 is a collective label indicating Greece as the origin of fresh fish raised in fish farms of members of HAPO.
