Andersen comes from the position as CFO Oil &amp; Energy at Norsk Hydro, a position he has held since 2004. In 2003 Andersen was responsible for the separation and listing of Norsk Hydro\u2019s fertilizer operations, now known as Yara ASA.<\/p>\n<p>Andersen has been employed by Hydro since 1986 and been responsible for a number of international projects related to acquisitions and restructuring throughout the Hydro group. In this period he established and headed Hydro\u2019s global tax department. In the period from 1981-1985 J\u00f8rgen K. Andersen was working for the Ministry of Oil and Energy.<\/p>\n<p>Andersen holds a Master degree in business and has a post graduate degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. He also has postgraduate studies from IMD (Switzerland) and London Business School.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00f8rgen K. Andersen succeeds Trine S\u00e6ther Romuld as CFO. In connection with his new role he will also function as deputy for CEO Atle Eide.<\/p>\n<p>Andersen will take up his position in August.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J\u00f8rgen K.
