Mr Berthet is director of fish and seafood for M&J. A qualified chef with 30-plus years of seafood experience, he represents M&J on sustainability issues and ensures that the company\u2019s passion and commitment to responsibly sourced seafood is maintained.<\/p>\n
\u201cHaving worked in the fish and seafood foodservice industry in the UK for more than 30 years, I consider it a great privilege to be asked to join the GAA board,\u201d said Mr Berthet. \u201cI look forward to helping with whatever input I can give, to further the GAA and its quest to bring all aquaculture into an ecological, ethical, sustainable and sound certifiable footing for the future benefit of all.\u201d<\/p>\n
