In early 2013, Loblaw was the first retailer in North America to introduce ASC certified tilapia with the launch of its PC\u00ae Blue Menu Tilapia, helping meet its commitment to sourcing 100% of its seafood from sustainable sources.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019d like to thank Loblaw for their support and commitment to source ASC certified seafood,\u201d said Chris Ninnes, CEO, ASC. \u201cLoblaw is giving consumers the opportunity to recognise and reward responsible farming as well as contribute to transforming aquaculture towards sustainability.
