This package features a 20 tonne main winch, 10 tonne split net drums and various auxiliary winches, as well as a complete engine-room hydraulics package with wheelhouse controls, designed and supplied by North Sea Winches.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the UK fishing industry, North Sea Winches designs and builds winches for fishing and marine applications worldwide. A good example of this is the model GM-170-PD 15 tonne purse-seine winch (see picture).
