In the past, German company Heinen’s main focus was industrial systems with large belt widths and high capacities. However, after the major success of the first compact spiral freezer series, they started developing a compact fluidized bed freezer. Although the freezelite is just the ‘little brother’ of the blizzard (a fluidized bed freezer for capacities ranging up to 15t\/h), it still delivers a powerful performance. The f15 freezelite series for 1,500 kg\/h and the f25 for 2,500 kg\/h (reference product peas) have two performance levels covering a broad range of applications.<\/p>\n
