Pacific Andes buys into salmon farming, Tassal

PARD is to buy a total of 28,910,367 shares in Tassal, which is the largest salmon producer in Australia.

Pacific Andes Resources Development (PARD) has acquired a 19.8% stake in Australian salmon producer, Tassal. The Singaporean company paid AUD 51.7 million (€38.5 million/$50.9 million), or AUD 1.79 (€1.33/$1.76) per share, for the stake.
