Canada invests $68.2m in small craft harbours

Dominic LeBlanc, Canadian Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, has announced that the Government of Canada is investing $68.2 million this year in small craft harbour improvement projects across Newfoundland and Labrador.
