The Allround System
Maurer-Atmos has developed the Allround System for fish smoking.
The company says that the system will always produce best results – the customer determines which smoking method to use, such as smouldering sawdust, woodchip smoke, condensate smoke, friction smoke, liquid smoke or sugar smoke.
The strongest air circulation guarantees consistent product quality with minimum weight loss during drying and smoking despite maximum trolley loading.
Individually tailored solutions can be developed for both larger industrial or smaller trade companies thanks to the system’s exceedingly small width and height dimensions. Internal smoke generation systems installed in the chamber door or on the rear wall produce a very compact construction. Building investment costs are reduced considerably.
Individual air circulation systems and fresh air/exhaust air controls for each trolley place enormously reduce process times and therefore energy requirements. Each trolley of product is processed with the same temperature and relative humidity.
The RONDAIR closed circulation system also solves emission problems. No additional subsequent exhaust emission cleaning equipment is required by the system for operation with friction smoke or sugar smoke generators. The optional thermal afterburning system with heat recovery is available for applications with smouldering sawdust/woodchip smoke generators.
