Developing ergonomically designed machinery and installations for the food processing industry
During the past 40 years, Belgian food processing equipment manufacturer Cretel has built a deserved reputation for producing skinning machines for a wide range of fish. However, it is becoming actively involved in completely equipping new processing plants.
The seafood reprocessing industry in Asia is about to change. The rising cost of labour, due to competition from other industries, may soon make it uneconomic to send fish to some countries there for further processing and to bring it back again.
Cretel launched Adamas 2 - a new fully automatic double lane skinning machine – in May, at ESE in Brussels.
